Is this against Google's rules?

No. GetRating doesn't fake reviews or hide real ones — it gives every customer a structured path to share their experience. Routing is standard practice. How do I get started?

Sign up for free, add your business location with your Google review link, and we generate your QR code immediately. Print it, put it somewhere visible, and you're collecting reviews. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

What if my customers won't scan a QR code?

QR codes are now everywhere — restaurant menus, checkout counters, parking meters. Most smartphone users scan them regularly. Scan rates are highest when placed at the natural moment of happiness: the end of a meal, after a haircut, at checkout. You can also share your review link by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

How exactly does the routing work?

When a customer scans your QR code or taps your review link, they see a simple star rating screen. 4 or 5 stars? They're taken directly to your Google review page. 1, 2, or 3 stars? They see a private feedback form — only you see their response. Nothing goes to Google unless the customer is happy.
