Analytics Dashboard

The analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your review collection is performing. Track scans, reviews, ratings, and feedback trends across all your locations.

Dashboard overview

The main dashboard shows key metrics at a glance: total QR scans, reviews sent to Google, private feedback received, and your average star rating. Use the date picker to filter by time period.

Review trends

The trends chart shows your review volume over time. Look for patterns — do you get more reviews on weekends? After a promotion? Use this data to optimize when and where you place your QR codes.

Rating distribution

See how your ratings break down across 1–5 stars. A healthy distribution has most ratings at 4–5 stars. If you're seeing a lot of 3-star ratings, it may be worth adjusting your threshold or investigating what's causing middling experiences.

Location comparison

If you manage multiple locations, compare their performance side by side. Identify top-performing locations and learn what they're doing differently. Spot underperforming locations early so you can take action.

Private feedback insights

Review the private feedback submitted by unhappy customers. Look for common themes — if multiple people mention slow service or a specific issue, that's a signal to investigate.

Use this feedback to make real operational improvements, not just reputation management.
