How do I get started?

Simply sign up for a free account, add your business location with your Google review link, and we'll generate your QR code and review link. You can start collecting reviews immediately.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start.

How does the review routing work?

When a customer scans your QR code or clicks your review link, they select a star rating. Ratings of 4-5 stars are directed to your Google (or other) review page. Ratings of 1-3 stars are captured privately so you can address concerns directly.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes! Our Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple locations. Each location gets its own unique QR code and review link with separate analytics.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data before cancelling.
