By accessing or using GetRating ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetRating provides a review management platform that helps businesses collect and route customer feedback. The Service includes QR code generation, review link creation, analytics dashboards, and feedback routing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Generate fake or misleading reviews
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or customers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree that:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by GetRating and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
