Team Management
Invite your team to GetRating so they can view analytics, respond to feedback, and manage locations. This guide covers adding members, roles, and permissions.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings → Team and click "Invite Member." Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your account.
Roles and permissions
GetRating offers different roles to control what each team member can do. Admins have full access to all settings, billing, and locations. Members can view analytics and respond to feedback but can't change account settings or billing.
Choose the role that matches each person's responsibilities. You can change roles at any time.
Managing access
You can view all team members in Settings → Team. Remove members who no longer need access, or update their role if their responsibilities change.
When someone is removed, they lose access immediately. No data is deleted — their activity history remains in the system.
Location-level access
For multi-location businesses, you can assign team members to specific locations. A store manager might only need access to their location's analytics, while a regional manager needs access to all locations in their area.
Pro Tips
Give staff read access
Let your front-line staff see review analytics. When they see the impact of asking for reviews, they're more likely to keep doing it.
Review access regularly
When someone leaves the company, remove their access promptly. A quick monthly check of your team list keeps things secure.

Invite team members on the Growth plan and above. Everyone sees the same dashboard, same data, same results.
