How plans, trials, seats and SMS credits are billed.
Plans
Free costs nothing and has no time limit. Growth is €49 per month and Business is €99 per month. Prices are shown in EUR.
Online checkout bills monthly through Stripe. Annual billing is available on request — email support@getrating.co.
Free trial
Paid plans can start with a 14-day free trial.
Extra seats and SMS credits
Growth includes 3 seats and Business includes 5. Extra seats are €10/month each on Growth (up to 10) and €8/month each on Business.
SMS campaigns on Business use prepaid SMS credits, bought separately in Dashboard → Billing.
Changing or cancelling
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Dashboard → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow section 5 of the Terms of Service.
